What internet speed do I need?
We recommend 25 Mbps for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 150 Mbps for 4K. If possible, connect your TV to the router by cable.
Can I watch from abroad?
Yes. International plans work in most countries, especially in Europe.
When will my account be activated after payment?
Your details arrive via WhatsApp and email within 15 minutes of payment approval.
How many devices can I watch on at once?
All plans allow one screen at a time. You can add multiple devices, but only one device can play at any moment.
Does the plan renew automatically?
No. We send a reminder before it expires.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the service, we offer a refund within the first 7 days after purchase.
