Android setup
- Download the app.
Download the Android APK. If the browser inside WhatsApp cannot download it, open the link in your phone's browser.
- Open the downloaded file.
Tap the APK in Downloads. If Android asks for permission, allow installation from this source only for the browser or file manager you used.
- Install the app and sign in.
On the “Giriş Yap” (Sign in) screen, select “Harici / Başka IPTV Sunucusu Kullan” (Use another IPTV server) . Enter the server address, username and password from your WhatsApp message.
- Choose your channel.
Open the live channels after connecting your account. If another device is streaming, stop playback there first.
After installation, you can revoke the source permission you enabled. Menu names may vary by Android version.
BIG SCREEN
Android TV / Google TV
- Open the APK link on your TV.
If Downloader is installed on your TV, enter this address:
deliptv.live/indir/?source=tv&download=1. You can also transfer the file from your phone to the TV. - Allow installation.
If prompted, allow app installation only for the Downloader or file manager you use. Install the downloaded APK.
- Connect with your WhatsApp account details.
In the app, choose “Giriş Yap” → “Harici / Başka IPTV Sunucusu Kullan”. Enter the server address, username and password exactly as sent.
This APK is for Android devices. It cannot be installed on Samsung Tizen or LG webOS; use an Xtream- or M3U-compatible app for your device.

Sign in with Xtream or M3U
Choose one of these methods in your preferred compatible app.
Xtream Codes / API
- Server address
- The address and port from your WhatsApp message.
- Username
- Your trial account username.
- Password
- The account password in the same message.
M3U / Playlist URL
Copy the M3U Plus link from your message in full and paste it into the app's playlist URL field. The link contains your credentials; do not share it.
Third-party app fees and licences are separate from your IPTV account. Check supported features in the app itself.
NO INSTALLATION NEEDED
Web TV in your browser
- Open Web TV.
Go to customer login. Use the username and password from your WhatsApp message.
- Verify your phone if requested.
If verification is requested, complete it with your WhatsApp code. The phone verified during your trial request is linked to your account.
- Choose your bouquet and channel.
Web TV shows your assigned channel packages. M3U and external apps use your account's provider bouquets.

The app says 7 days; why is my account only 1 hour?
The player's trial or licence period is separate from the IPTV account. Your free IPTV account lasts 1 hour from creation; a longer player trial does not extend it.
The app shows a licence screen.
The Android player's licence is checked separately. This screen may appear when its trial or licence expires. If your IPTV account is still active, use Web TV or another compatible player.
The account connects but playback does not start.
First make sure this account is not streaming on another device. Check the expiry time, server address and internet connection. Stop playback in the previous app before switching devices.
The APK will not install or the link will not open.
Download the file again using your device's regular browser. Make sure the device runs Android and the download completed. Share the installation warning with support; you do not need to disable general security protections.
